Warranty Policy

Register your product within 30 days after your purchase on our website to get your worry-free warranty coverage. (Only limited to Amazon purchases)

•12 months for all products

Process for a replacement if you find there is quality problem with your order.

Step 1. Take a picture(or better a video) of the damaged product

Step 2. Contact us through our website CONTACT US section and submit the form with your message, or send us an email directly at support@nulea.com

Step 3. Our customer service team will contact you within 1 business day if not sooner. We will confirm with you of the issue you are experiencing and provide a good solution

Step 4. Once we confirmed the issue with you and it is covered within our warranty policy, we will ship you the replacement ASAP

Note:

OUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY ANY ABNORMAL USES OF OUR PRODUCTS BY ANYONE, OR INTENTIONAL DESTRUCTION OF THE PRODUCT.
