A: If you notice that the cursor speed has suddenly changed (either too slow or too fast), this might be due to accidentally pressing the DPI adjustment button, which is located below the scroll wheel, between the left and right mouse buttons. This button allows you to change the DPI settings, which control the speed of the cursor.
To fix this:
- Simply press the DPI adjustment button again until you reach a comfortable cursor speed.
- There are multiple DPI levels available, so you may need to press it a few times to find the speed that works best for you.
Note:If your cursor is moving very slowly, it is unlikely due to low battery or a dirty trackball. Instead, please try adjusting the DPI setting first.
Tip: Familiarize yourself with the location of the DPI button to avoid pressing it accidentally during use.
