To participate the program,
you need to register within 30 days of ordering the product.
Default mode is BT1. To long press the code key (more than 3 seconds), the light flashes at 1HZ/ second, then searches for the Bluetooth device (device name: BT5.0 Mouse/BT3.0 Mouse), select pairing, the LED is always on for 5 seconds, and the pairing is done.

switch to 2.4G mode, Insert the 2.4g receiver, the LED is always on for 5 seconds then goes out, and the pairing is done.
Switch DPI, LED flashes once in DPI 1, LED flashes twice in DPI 2, and so on.
When the voltage is less than 3.3V ,the LED flashes 10 times at 1HZ/second.
Push the trackball from the bottom of the mouse. Use a dry cloth to clean the trackball regularly for better performance.
The power indicator light is blue during the charging process. It takes 2 hours to finish charging. The power indicator light turns off after being fully charged.
There are 5 DPI levels, please press the DPI button to adjust for your preference.
When you press the DPI button, the red light flashes once/twice/three times/four times /five times, corresponding to DPI 100-200-400-800-1200.
If the maximum DPI still fails to meet the usage requirements, check whether the computer cursor speed is adjusted too fast or too low (Computer - Settings - Mouse Settings - Cursor Speed).
Not suitable for FPS games. The trackball mouse provides accurate position but cannot achieve the fast cursor movement needs in FPS games.
It can get connected your device via bluetooth and 2.4G. You can easily switch between three devices. If the bluetooth connection doesn’t work, you can try to delete bluetooth connection and reconnect again.
Or you can use the USB receiver to get connected via 2.4G mode.
The design of the trackball mouse cares for ergonomic concerns and helping relieve wrist discomfort when working. The special operation of the mouse may make you feel uncomfortable at first. Once you get command of using it, you will get its benefits and fall in love with it.
Switch to 2.4G mode--long press left/middle/right keys at the same time (more than 3 seconds) to enter 2.4G pairing. The LED flashes at 1HZ/ second (pairing time 20 seconds). Plug in USB Receiver in 20 seconds. The LED is always on for 5 seconds and then goes out. 2.4G mode is paired successfully.
Switch to Bluetooth channel 1 or Channel 2: Long press the pairing button (more than 3 seconds) to enter the pairing state, and the LED flashes at 1HZ/ second (the pairing time is 2 minutes). Computer searches BT5.0 Mouse/BT3.0 Mouse and click to enter pairing. If the match is successful, the LED will turn on for 5 seconds and then go out, indicating that the connection has been successful.

Fully Charged: Blue light turns off
1. Low battery indicator flashes red, in order not to affect the experience and function of the mouse, please charge in time.
2. The charging indicator will glow blue while the mouse is charging. The indicator light turns off when fully charged.
Note:
1. Please use our included charging cable to charge the mouse.
2. Do not use a fast charger to charge the mouse. Using a high-power adapter to charge the mouse may burn out the mouse's chip. (Directly use the computer USB port or a 5V charger to charge the mouse).
3. For your best experience, please fully charge the mouse before your first use.

The Nulea M501 Mouse features an intelligent sleep mode that keeps the mouse working for longer. In wireless connection mode, the M501 mouse enters sleep mode 30 minutes after you last used the mouse.
If you need to use the mouse, you need to wake it up by clicking the key (scrolling the trackball or moving the mouse will not wake up the mouse).
If your trackball mouse cursor is sticking or jumping around on your screen, or it's just not moving smoothly, you can clean it for better performance.
(1) Push the trackball from the bottom of the mouse.
(2) Use a humid cloth to clean the trackball, the surface of the inner trackball housing and the sensor. Then use a cotton swab to clean the dust on three white rollers.
(1) All keys are not programmable.
(2) Forward/Backward buttons are not compatible with MAC OS.
(1) The mouse may enter Sleep Mode. It will go to sleep when not in use. You need to press the button to wake up. Rolling the trackball will not wake the mouse.
(2) The mouse may be out of power. Please check the power. If the power is low, please charge in time.
(3) Check whether the MODE switch on the back of the mouse is in the channel you are using.
(1) Please use our standard charging cable to charge the mouse
(2) Use the output 5V charger or directly use the computer's USB port to charge the mouse. Do not use the fast charger to charge the mouse.
(3) Please do not use Type C-C cable charge your mouse.
(1) Low battery will affect the Bluetooth performance of the mouse. Check whether the mouse has sufficient power.
(2) Check whether the MODE switch on the back of the mouse is in the channel you are using. The mouse can connect up to three devices, and one channel can only correspond to one device.
(3)Avoid signal interference from other sources, such as wireless speakers, cell phones, Bluetooth speakers, etc.
It is necessary to check whether the DPI button is pressed by mistake (DPI adjustment). If the maximum DPI still fails to meet the usage requirements, check whether the computer cursor speed is adjusted too low (Computer - Settings- Mouse Settings- Cursor Speed)
